Charles E. Picard, 63, died Thursday, February 4, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Sharon L. Picard. A lifelong resident of Warwick, he was a son of Joseph N. Picard and the late Claire M. (Brouillette) Picard. Chuck was a plasterer for over 30 years and was the co-owner of J. Norman Picard & Son Plastering for 20 years. He was most recently employed as the maintenance foreman at for the East Greenwich School Department. Chuck loved boating, fishing, and working on his home and in the yard. He was the brother of Nancy (John) Grimshaw, James (Pamela) Picard, Audrey (Kevin) Pincins, David (Cheryl) Picard, and Andrew (Lisa) Picard. He is also survived by fifteen loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Monday, February 8, 2021 at 11 AM in St. Benedict Church, Beach Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the McAuley House, 325 Niagara Street, Providence, RI 02907 will be appreciated.
