Elsie M. (Potter) Romano-Wilson, 97, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021. She was the wife of the late Americo V. Romano, Sr. and the late Percy S. “Pop” Wilson. Born in Chepachet, she was a daughter of the late George H. and Anna J. (Marx) Potter. Elsie was the owner/ operator of the former Casual Beauty Salon in Harrisville for 35 years before retiring. She was the mother of Americo V. Romano and wife Charlotte of Glendale, Pauline V. Potrais and Husband Vincent of Delan, FL and Geraldine C. Tregaskis and husband Gerald of Delan, FL. Step-mother of Marjorie Fenley and husband George of Mapleville and Charlene Holmes and husband Barry of Esmond. She was pre-deceased by several brothers and sisters.
