Grace A. Hardy, 88, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the St. Elizabeth Home in East Greenwich. She was the wife of the late Paul Hardy, Sr. and Emil Kiselka. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Grace (Rose) Valenti-Scuncio. Grace worked for Marvel Jewelry for several years. She was a Eucharist Minister and volunteer at St. Benedict Church in Warwick. She said the rosary every day and was an avid watcher of EWTN, and the Golden Girls. In her later years, she discovered her love for art and vacationing at Cape Cod. Grace was the loving mother of Roseann Swanson, Alice Meehan, and Tina Chase; mother-in-law of Gary Swanson; loving grandmother of five, and great-grandmother of eleven, and her beloved Yorkshire Terrier Toni Marie; sister of the late Alfred Valenti, Joseph Valenti, Thomas Valenti, and Alice Poulin.
Her funeral and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association, 245 Waterman Street, Ste. 306, Providence, RI 02906, or the Hope Alzheimer's Center, 25 Brayton Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920 will be appreciated.
