Jonathan P. McDowell Obituary

Jonathan P. McDowell 32 passed away March 1, 2020. Born in Warwick, he was the beloved son of John E. and Bernadette M. (Moran) McDowell. Jonathan was the loving brother of Amanda J. Carlson (Christopher) and Jason E. McDowell (Lydia); loving uncle of Brayden and Madison Carlson. Jonathan loved spending time with his family and friends and was very proud of his Irish heritage. He was a 2006 graduate of Toll Gate High School and attended CCRI, played baseball for the Appaonaug Bambino League and PAL. He played basketball for CYO and the Warwick Boys and Girls Club. He was also an avid Celtics and Red Sox fan.

His funeral will be held Friday, March 6, 2020 at 9am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Clement Church Long Street, Warwick. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Visiting hours Thursday 4 - 7pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Thrive Behavioral Health, Inc., 2756 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02886 will be appreciated.
