Virginia H. Ball Obituary

Virginia H. Ball (McKenna), 93, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at Cedar Crest Nursing Home in Cranston. She was the wife of the late Walter L. Ball, Jr., and a daughter of the late Edward B. and Madelyn (Benway) McKenna. Mrs. Ball was a line assigner for the New England Telephone Company for many years before retiring. She enjoyed arts and crafts, painting, sewing, dressmaking, knitting, and Bingo. She is survived by three children, Roger L. Ball, Robin G. Desnoyers, and Randy S. Ball; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Her funeral and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148 will be appreciated.
